To ensure that our property is well-maintained and pet-friendly for all residents, there is a $350 non-refundable fee per pet, up to the maximum of 3 pets per home. For each furry resident, we also ask for a monthly “paw-ticipation” fee of $35 per pet monthly. Our leasing team can provide additional details!
